Small Group Yoga Classes

Grab your friends and neighbors to organize a small playgroup yoga class! Packages with ongoing sessions are encouraged—it allows the kiddos to get in the yoga groove, celebrate the seasons, and build upon foundational knowledge. The class requires a minimum of 3 children to run, and a class location is flexible for larger groups.

  • Single class: $35 per child

  • 4-class package: $120 per child

  • 8-class package: $250 per child

Notes: Alternate pricing is available if you are enrolling more than one child per family. Virtual classes are possible for kids ages 8 and up.

Kids Parties, Community Wellness Events, Schools, and Organizations

Tailored yoga experiences, of various lengths, to fit your party or event. These classes are themed to fit, and include even more games and storytelling. Mats and props are provided.

  • Packages begin at $250 for a 60-minute class and range based on headcount, length of engagement, and location.

I also partner with preschools, public and private schools, community centers, camps, fitness clubs/gyms, daycares, and girl scout troops to teach single or regular group classes.

Parent & Me Classes

These classes are uniquely structured to meet your child at his/her ability level and let a family member or caregiver join in on the fun! Parent & Me yoga provides a lighthearted bonding activity that encourages development of a wellness routine early on. Long Dog's Parent & Me class can be held in-person for a small friend group (two pairs minimum), or virtual for a single family.

  • Single class in-person: $50 per pair

  • Single class virtual: $40 per pair

About Abby, Your Kids Yoga Teacher!

Namaste! My name is Abby Stein and I am a certified yoga teacher who specializes in kids yoga! I am a registered member of Yoga Alliance and licensed Pretzel Kids® yoga teacher. I completed my 200-hour teacher training program with Drishti Beats Yoga. Prior to becoming a teacher, I spent over 15 years practicing yoga and pilates in NYC. As a healthcare provider and young mom, I sought to turn my passion into a spirited wellness practice that my son and I can enjoy together as he grows up. Through yoga, breathwork, and movement, children can begin to foster healthy relationships with themselves, their peers, and the communities around them.
I have previous experience working with children and teens as a former camp counselor, pediatric medical practitioner, and adjunct professor. Off the mat, I enjoy walking in local parks with my family and miniature dachshund, and riding my Brompton bike. I was a finisher in the 2018 TCS NYC Marathon and have completed several half marathons across the country. I would love to do another Big Six in the future.
